When trying to arrest the offender at the place of the incident, if he tries to escape by force, or if he tries to escape, then he should not be allowed to escape. If there is no use of weapons, the head constable of the police force and any officer above or the spouse of the Nepalese army and any officer above, any spouse or officer of the same force from other forces, after giving an order to others under his/her subordinates, should use the weapon below the knee or shoot and arrest him. Even if a person dies while trying to make an arrest as written, the concerned government employees will not be affected.
